Samurai vs Transformers is a graphic interpretation by StudioMatador of the Samurai crease pattern created by Jason Ku. A crease pattern is an origami diagram that consists of all or most of the creases in the final model, rendered into one image.

Jason Ku is the current president of MIT's origami club, OrigaMIT, and an avid origami enthusiast, actively designing original origami models for the past 8 years. He has exhibited, taught, and lectured in numerous cities around the world including Boston, New York City, San Francisco, Salzburg, Singapore, and Tokyo.
