All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars and include Australian taxes only.

All prices are correct at the time of publication. Prices are subject to chance without notice. All items are promoted in good will to be available at the time of ordering. Unforseen supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable for up to three weeks. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

shipping
We ship anywhere in the world. Once you have the items in your cart you will see the shipping options available and the costs for each method.

Orders are processed within five days after they are placed, Monday to Friday. Shipping may take up to three weeks based on availability of your item and the shipping options you choose. We will notify you once the order has been shipped.

Orders are sent via Australia Post. For security reasons, StudioMatador online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. A daytime delivery address is recommended. We are not responsible for delays caused by changes after the order has been processed.

Some orders may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

returns and exchanges
Our products can be returned or exchanged should you not be completely satisfied.

You must notify us in advance via email before returning any item. Please state the order reference number when doing so

We will only accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange or credit note. StudioMatador will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them and upon confirmation that the goods are in the same condition that they were sent (notebooks must still be shrinkwrapped). We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet our return / exchange requirements.

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery for Australia deliveries. Please package the item securely. StudioMatador cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit; for this reason you may wish to consider insuring your return. We also recommend that you obtain evidence of posting returned goods, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. Shiopping and packaging costs can only be refunded if the return results from either an error made by StudioMatador or a damaged item.
